Job Title: Corporate Tax ManagerJob Summary
Join a dynamic Corporate Tax team and manage a diverse portfolio, delivering both corporate tax compliance and advisory services. This is a client-facing role with exposure to UK and international clients, providing varied and challenging technical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Oversee efficient delivery of the tax compliance process, including tax accounting
Conduct detailed technical research and respond to ad-hoc technical queries from clients and internal teams
Identify and contribute to advisory opportunities within allocated client portfolios
Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members
Advise on complex technical areas, including capital allowances, R&D tax relief, transfer pricing, Substantial Shareholdings Exemption, Controlled Foreign Companies, Corporate Interest Restriction, Withholding Tax, and Double Taxation Relief, with support from specialist colleagues as needed
Support stand-alone tax advisory projects, including structuring acquisitions or disposals, transaction support, and due diligence
Qualifications
Qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent, with several years of post-qualification experience in corporation tax
Strong UK tax technical skills
Proven ability to analyze technical queries and provide robust solutions and advice
Project management skills--able to plan, prioritize, and deliver work to deadlines and budgets
Experience delivering high-quality work and taking ownership of outputs
Excellent communication skills
Strong client focus and commitment to building client relationships
Ability to work collaboratively within various teams and departments
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
