Job Description
Morgan McKinley are recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager on behalf of a leading top 10 firm in central London.
This role is ideally suited to a corporate tax candidate with ideally five years experience in a corporate tax department ideally in a top 10 or Big 4 firm.

- Proven tax experience in producing high quality work
- Ideally experience working in a top 10 firm
- Portfolio consisting of large listed clients and multinationals
- Manage a portfolio of complex tax advisory projects and compliance assignments
- Deliver robust technical research for complex assignments
- Provide exceptional client service, and help manage and develop client relationships
- Co-ordinate transnactional work, delivering tax structuring and due diligence for real estate M&A activity
- Co-ordinate the delivery of specialist tax advisory work (e.g., VAT, Stamp Taxes, Capital Allowances)
- Working in the Real Estate Tax team we provide tax advisory and compliance services
- Ensure compliance with the firm\'s quality assurance and risk management procedures
- Working with clients including international property investors and developers, including funds and asset managers, REITs, overseas investors.
