This leading US practice has a well established and recognised Corporate Tax practice. Owing to expansion, the team is looking to recruit a bright NQ-1PQE Associate.
As part of a sizeable and established team, you can expect to be exposed to a range of M&A, PE, Finance and Funds Tax matters. You will receive high levels of training and support and will be exposed to some of the most high profile deals in the market.
The successful candidate will have relevant Tax experience gained at a recognised City law firm, as well as strong academics.
