As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic tax advice to a diverse client base that includes UK-listed groups, PE-backed businesses, inbound multinationals, and prominent family-owned enterprises. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, lead technically complex projects, and help drive the team's growth across advisory, structuring, and international expansion.

This role is perfect for an established Senior Manager or a driven Manager looking to make the step up in a forward-thinking environment with a supportive leadership team and clear path to progression.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and providing commercially focused tax solutions Lead the delivery of corporate tax advisory and compliance projects, including: Legal and group restructuring International expansion and BEPS Pillar 2 planning Tax authority enquiries and technical reporting Financing, hybrid mismatch reviews, and M&A support Actively contribute to business development, including pitching and proposal preparation Collaborate with cross-discipline teams and international colleagues on complex assignments Develop and mentor junior team members, shaping the next generation of tax advisors Support leadership with team resourcing and operational performance

Requirements

ACA, ACCA, CA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
Extensive experience in UK corporate tax, with a strong technical grounding Proven ability to lead engagements and manage client relationships Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience coaching and managing a team Positive, energetic approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Pay: 81,361.00-100,000.00 per year
