Contract: Permanent, Full time (we can offer this role as either full time or part time, please specify in your application)

Responsibilities

The role of the Corporate Trainer and Assessor is to produce and deliver material relevant to the Highways Maintenance sector covering subjects Streetworks, Traffic Management and Winter Maintenance.

Your day to day will include:

  • Ensuring that all training course and content are produced and regularly updated in accordance with current legislation and the requirements of various warding bodies
  • Delivering of training and assessment in line with the awarding organisations policies and procedures
  • Promoting Health & Safety in the workplace, setting a good example to trainees and other employees and ensuring awareness of and compliance with general Health & Safety responsibilities
Who are we looking for?

This role of Corporate Trainer & Assessor is great for you if:
  • Have experience of a Highway Maintenance operational background
  • Have LANTRA 12AB LTMO or Operative to M2 level minimum, Streetworks Operative or Supervisor and City & Guilds Winter Service Operator Card
  • Plant Instructor or Operative Qualifications (CPCS/NPORS/ALLMI/RTITB)
