Our client has an excellent Corporate and PE team across the UK and internationally and sees an opportunity for further growth in Leeds. The firm has a market leading Leeds Private Equity practice and a Legal Director or senior lawyer, with a clear track to partnership, is sought to assist the existing partners in PE and Corporate to enable further growth. The Leeds PE team has acted on some of the largest deals outside London and has a superb roster of PE clients. The firm has a superb Corporate M&A team.
The firm also has a unique position in the international market, which makes the platform a compelling proposition!
