Job Description

We are a long established manufacturing company based in Chelmsford with a good reputation for our quality and service to our customer's.

`We are now looking for production team leader of our corrugated case making department, heading up a small team running corrugated cutting, creasing, and printing.

The successful candidate should have a proven ability to work with a small team and not be afraid to get stuck in and a working knowledge of a small autonomous department involving , allocation of work, care of machinery and quality of the teams output.

A knowledge of flexographic printing or carton manufacture would be a distinct advantage to the role but most important is a can-do attitude and to learn the process to support as needed.

The role is varied and interesting working with a friendly team helping to achieve good production to meet tight deadlines.

Hours are 8 to 4.30 Monday to Thursday and early finish 3.30 on Friday , with overtime available .
