Supporting the site management team with cost tracking, reporting, and admin duties including:
Monitoring daily site expenditures (labour, materials, plant, subcontractors)
Processing delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices
Timesheet and labour record management
Maintaining accurate cost documentation and registers
Liaising with suppliers and the head office for cost coordination
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction finance/admin or cost control preferred
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Good attention to detail and communication skills
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. COINS, SAP) desirable
