Provide engineering support to the Commercial team Communicate and discuss complete specifications to Engineering & Manufacturing departments Understand key customers' products and services Communicate with Commercial & Engineering to consolidate specifications and recommend configurations Prepare quote package including drawings, cost estimates and any other required documentation Keep informed of supplier pricing, products, and services Drive the correct IDEX initiative of 80/20 qualification of opportunities as appropriate. Respond to customers and co-workers in a timely and professional manner. Actively participates in all customer support programs including development projects. Comply with health and safety policies and procedures Support company values including ethical conduct and high integrity in all actions.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate company and product values to prospective customers via formal and informal presentations, meetings and communications. Research, document and report industry trends, purchasing history and buying trends related to assigned accounts. Maintain accurate and timely activity reports. Participate in assigned meetings, selling events, special training programs.
