Cost Estimating Engineer
Job Description
Penspen is hiring a Cost Estimating Engineer to be based in the UK for a 12-16 months assignment.
The Cost Estimating Engineer will be responsible and have experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. He/She must be capable of evaluating and consulting on project cost estimation and forecasting issues and problems.
The candidate must meet the below specifications to qualify for this role -
Education and Years of Experience:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering /Quantity Surveying/Administration/Business or Equivalent closely related field with 8 years experience in similar role
(OR)
2. Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in one or more areas of project cost estimation related expertise with 12 years experience in similar role
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 16 months
Pay: 55,000.00-60,000.00 per year
Experience:
* Project Costing in Oil & Gas: 4 years (required)
