Circa 80,000 + benefits + bonus

Sizewell C is looking for an experienced Cost Estimating & Intelligence Manager to lead the development and implementation of cost estimating standards across the business. What will you be doing as an Estimating Manager?



As an Cost Estimating & Intelligence Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Setting and implementing the estimating strategy across SZC. Ensuring consistency and compliance with IPA cost estimating guidance. Creating and governing a corporate Cost Estimating Manual. Leading change and influencing senior stakeholders to embed best practices. Supporting delivery programmes with cost intelligence and performance insights.


This role is not about producing estimates yourself, but about ensuring the standards, systems, and governance around estimating are robust, consistent, and aligned with SZC's strategic goals.

Are you who we're searching for?



We're seeking someone with:

Extensive business experience in infrastructure, ideally in civils, supply chain, or client side environments. A background in cost management, cost intelligence, or senior data analysis. Strong experience in business change, stakeholder engagement, and data driven decision making. The ability to influence at a senior level and drive professional standards. Experience with estimating software, benchmarking, and reporting tools like PowerBI.

While nuclear experience is not essential, familiarity with large-scale infrastructure projects is key.
