Role Overview
RLB is continuing to win major projects with clients in the sports and entertainment sector - and we are looking for more talented professionals to help deliver them.
Our expert cost and project managers play a key role on some of the most ambitious and exciting stadium, resort and theme park projects being developed in the sector today.
We are advising the RFU on the masterplan for Allianz Stadium at Twickenham and supporting the construction of Grand Stade Hassan II in Morocco, set to be the largest football stadium in the world.
Our track record includes city-defining projects such as the London 2012 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Edgbaston Stadium, and the new Everton Stadium.
We have also helped create iconic leisure parks around the world including Shanghai L+SNOW Indoor Skiing Theme Resort and Village Roadshow Theme Parks on the Gold Coast of Australia.
With growing demand for our services, we are recruiting for a wide range of UK-based roles (see below), and at all levels, from graduate to executive leadership.
For senior roles, we are looking for relevant experience of working on large-scale infrastructure, roads and bridges, utilities, and venue and resort development projects. For all roles, we need people who don't just have the right skills, but also the right mindset.

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will sit at Programme Level on a Major Project within the Sports & Entertainment sector.
The candidate will be responsible for collating data, consolidating estimates and reporting on the overall position of the whole project / programme.
The candidate will be an integral part of a team that is accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project.
Candidate Profile
Experience:Experience of working on similar major projects or large-scale infrastructure, roads and bridges, utilities, and venue and resort development projects would be beneficial / desirable.
Experience in a similar cost reporting / cost manager role.
Previous experience working for a Consultancy preferred.
Client facing, ensuring a high standard of delivery.
Stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong numerical skills.
Qualifications:Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related / technical discipline.
Chartered via RICS or another relevant professional body - or studying toward.
Behaviours:Recognised as a client focused, positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support to their peers and seniors. Recognised as a team player with a strong willingness to learn.
Demonstrates a positive and proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
