Job Description

Be part of our successful Fraud Team to review Council Tax Discounts and Exemptions in support of the team objectives.

Requirements of the roles:

Knowledge of case law relating to Council Tax Experience of Capita and Civica Ability to analyse facts and information Write reports and provide evidence for court Willing to use new information technology Update computer systems and records Professional customer service To work to personal and team targets Ability to work from home
