Job Description


A prestigious US law firm is seeking an England & Wales qualified lawyer with at least 7 years' PQE in bank lending to join its elite team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-profile syndicated leveraged finance transactions, taking a leading role in complex cross-border matters.
The successful candidate will have experience from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or premier US firm and possess a top-class academic pedigree. You will be expected to manage transactions from inception to completion, demonstrating expertise in acquisition finance, commitment processes, and inter-creditor arrangements. The role requires a commercially astute lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This position is ideal for a lawyer who feels overlooked or stifled in their current firm and is seeking a role where they can take full ownership of deals and career progression. The firm values lawyers who can stand on their own two feet, take initiative, and drive transactions with confidence. Established partners also looking for a new challenge and/or change os scenery would also be encouraged to apply.
