We're Hiring - Counsellor / Coordinator (WELL-Bean Cafe, Newry)

PIPS Hope & Support is looking for a compassionate and motivated

Counsellor / Therapist

to join our team at the

WELL-Bean Cafe, Newry

-- an informal clinical space offering

out-of-hours mental-health support

in a relaxed, cafe-style environment.

Hours of Work:

Monday & Friday: 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm Saturday & Sunday: 11:30 am - 7:00 pm
(on a rotating basis)

Salary:

32,000 per annum (pro rata, dependent on experience)

Location:

WELL-Bean Cafe, Water Street, Newry.

We're seeking someone who can:
Deliver professional and ethical counselling support

Coordinate clinical cafe operations and support volunteers
Liaise with partner agencies to ensure joined-up crisis care
Promote early intervention, recovery, and hope
