Salary: 33,128.60 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week (Permanent). Sunday to Thursday shift pattern

The Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate

Therapist

with professional training in

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)

and a solid understanding of

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy

to join our dedicated and dynamic therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including trauma and addiction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 therapy to inpatients and outpatients.
Contribute to the development and delivery of group therapy sessions.
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records.
Provide clinical insight and support to the wider therapeutic team.

What We're Looking For

Post-qualification experience in delivering therapy within mental health settings.
Formal training and clinical experience in EMDR therapy.
Understanding and practical application of IFS principles.
A compassionate, flexible, and client-focused approach to care.
