Senior Therapist - Specialist Psychological Therapist

Salary: 33,128.60 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week (Permanent).

Including one day of the weekend

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Therapist with specialist training in psychological therapies to join our dedicated and dynamic therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate practitioner to make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing a range of mental health difficulties.

We welcome applications from therapists trained in one or more of the following approaches:

EMDR

Somatic Experiencing

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Schema Therapy, ACT, or other evidence-based modalities

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 therapy to inpatients and outpatients Contribute to the development and delivery of group therapy sessions Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records Provide clinical insight and support to the wider therapeutic team

What We're Looking For

Post-qualification experience in delivering therapy within mental health settings Training and clinical experience in at least one of the listed modalities A compassionate, flexible, and client-focused approach to care
