We are an independent pharmacy based in Cwmbran. We are known for superb customer service . An exciting opportunity has raised to become part of our highly efficient team as a part time/full time counter assistant/dispensary assistants. Candidate must be flexible to cover shifts on short notice. Experience in pharmacy is preferred but fresh candidates are welcome to apply as full on job training will be provided. Responsibilities
Assist in providing patient care by accurately dispensing medications and ensuring proper medication administration. Maintain inventory levels and manage stock of pharmaceutical supplies. Collaborate with pharmacists to verify prescriptions and resolve any discrepancies. Educate patients on medication usage and potential side effects. Uphold safety and regulatory standards within the pharmacy environment. Support the pharmacy team in daily operations and patient interactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a pharmacy technician or dispenser Strong patient care skills with a focus on customer service Proficiency in medication administration and handling Familiarity with pharmacy software and inventory management Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-16.50 per hour
