Overview

We are seeking a Full Time supervisor to join our team at our butchery counter in Dobbies Garden Centre which is open 7 days a week. The ideal candidate will have friendly demeanour and be committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product information

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the counter area

- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

- Follow company policies and procedures

- General supervisory duties assisting the manager

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is advantageous

- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions

- Knowledge of food safety practices

- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively

- Ability to work well in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour
