We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Manager to oversee daily operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a flair for merchandising, ensuring that our counter areas & accessories areas is both inviting and efficient. This role requires a proactive approach to up-selling products and managing customer interactions effectively. A strong knowledge of the beauty industry and brand awareness is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Manage daily counter operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations, employing up-selling techniques where appropriate. Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising displays to enhance product visibility. Utilize social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers, driving brand awareness. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all materials are readily available for both staff and customers. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or bookings, fostering positive customer relationships. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance overall efficiency at the counter.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, staff, head office departments and sales reps. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment. Strong organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage inventory efficiently. Experience in merchandising techniques to create appealing product displays that attract customers. Familiarity with social media management to promote products and engage with the community online.
