About the Role

We're hiring a

Counter Sales & Warehouse Assistant

to join our busy branch. This is a dual-role position -- you'll be managing the trade counter, serving account and retail customers, while also handling daily warehouse duties like picking orders and maintaining stock.

We're specifically looking for someone with

industry experience

, ideally coming from another

wholesaler or trade environment

Key Responsibilities

Serve trade and retail customers professionally and efficiently
Process account holder sales and walk-in transactions
Pick and prepare orders accurately for collection or delivery
Keep the warehouse safe, organised, and fully operational
Support general branch operations and customer service

About You

You've worked in the trade or wholesale industry (essential)
You're confident on the trade counter and in a warehouse environment
You've got strong customer service and communication skills
You're proactive, reliable, and able to manage your time
You're physically fit and comfortable with hands-on duties
