AFC is Hiring - Experienced Staff Only!

Role: Catering Assistant / Counter Staff

Location: Wombwell, Barnsley

Shifts: Part-time, evenings & weekends

American Fried Chicken is a well-established, family-run takeaway serving up Barnsley's finest fried chicken. We're a fast-paced, no-fuss environment where quality and speed matter - and we need someone with solid experience in food service or takeaway work.

What you'll be doing:

Taking and serving customer orders (in-store & phone) Supporting the fryer during service Prepping and handling food safely (raw & cooked) Using tills & JustEat confidently Keeping your area clean and ready Dealing with customer queries (and complaints) professionally
What we need from you:

Experience in a similar food/takeaway environment You know how to work under pressure during rush hour You're confident, quick, and know how to handle a queue You've worked on a till, taken orders, and served customers before You're reliable, punctual, and ready to get stuck in from day one

Pay: 50.00-80.00 per day

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
