Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established timber manufacturing company based in the LE19 area of Leicester, who is looking to add a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.

THE ROLE

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Load and unload deliveries of timber and other materials
• Move goods around the site and ensure correct storage and organisation
• Support the production team with material handling as required
• Carry out daily equipment checks and maintain safety standards
• Follow all site health and safety procedures

THE REQUIREMENTS

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift - ideally in a manufacturing, warehouse, or timber environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and awareness of safe working practices
