Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Provide information about products, pricing, and promotions
- Utilise phone etiquette to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Demonstrate strong upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English
- Utilise basic maths skills for transactions and calculations
- Maintain an organised work environment

Experience

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is desirable

- An Interest in country pursuits would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Good understanding of time management principles
- Organisational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively

Hours

Tuesday - Saturday 9.30 -5.30pm with occasional Sundays

Own Driving License essential due to location
