Country Club & Spa Reception Supervisor



Full Time 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 (to include weekends on a rota basis)



Up to 26,500 per annum plus service charge





We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Country Club and Spa Reception Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure an exceptional first impression for all visitors.

Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, two holiday cottages and award winning Samuel's Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and cafe, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.

The Role: As Spa Reception Supervisor you will:

Oversee daily operations at the reception desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Provide leadership and support to the reception team, including training and mentoring. Welcome members and guests warmly and professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage bookings, appointments, and reservations accurately using our system. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and reflective of the club's high standards. Handle escalated complaints or feedback effectively, maintaining a positive image of the club. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction and team performance. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless service delivery.

We are looking for

:

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in hospitality or a luxury environment. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in front desk systems and software (e.g., booking platforms). A polished and professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
