To achieve our mission, we are currently looking for a

Country Leader (m/f/d)

for our new office in London. As one of the first members of the sales team, you will help us conquer the UK market, attract potential customers for our products and close contracts with new customers. In addition, you will build up the London office and the sales structure in the UK, develop the team and design marketing campaigns. You will take overall responsibility for sales in the UK and be responsible for managing and building your team.

Your tasks:



You are responsible for the entire sales process, from lead acquisition to closing the deal. You build up the sales team in the UK, lead it and are responsible for its further development. You have overall responsibility for sales and target achievement in the UK. You develop sales strategies and implement them together with your team. You take over the operational and strategic management of the London office. You will work independently and take responsibility for a wide range of tasks, with plenty of creative freedom.

What you need to bring:



Several years of experience in sales, ideally in B2B software sales, as well as initial experience in leading and building teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. English Language (C2) Proven success in sales and target achievement. A passion for sales, a high level of goal orientation and leadership qualities. You are a team player and work in a motivated and goal-oriented manner.
