We're seeking experienced Self-Employed
Couriers
and a
Lead Driver
to join our Runcorn/Warrington team on a
full-time, permanent basis
(this is not a seasonal/Christmas role).
As a Courier, you'll play a key role in delivering multi-drop parcels for major clients while helping to build and shape our new team. This role offers rapid progression to supervisory positions for high-performing candidates, providing a clear career path within our growing company.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
, Saturday on a rota basis.
Peak season requirements of weekend work
Flexibility to meet operational needs, with advance notice for scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently complete multi-drop parcel deliveries across Runcorn/Warrington
Lead by example, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Support the training and onboarding of new drivers as the team grows.
Prepare for progression to a supervisory role, overseeing team performance and operations.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay
: 215 per day, paid weekly (2 weeks in arrears)

Permanent Role
: Full-time, stable position with a Monday-to-Friday working week, with Saturdays on a rota basis. During peak months (October to December) there are requirements for Saturday and Sunday working days on a rota basis
Training & Support
: Comprehensive onboarding, including health and safety, data protection, and client-specific training.
Requirements:
A large panel Van, that you have sourced yourself (Rental or owned)
Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years, with fewer than 6 penalty points and no serious Endorsements).
Proven experience as a multi-drop delivery driver, Lead driver or Manager in contracts such as Evri/DPD/DHL etc.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a desire to progress to a supervisory role and beyond
Comfortable with Delivery devices or a smartphone for delivery apps and route planning.
Right to work in the UK (verified per the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
