Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Courier Driver to join our team. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting on occasion and driving a commercial van. Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and documents to designated locations
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Load and unload packages from the van
- Communicate with customers to ensure accurate delivery information
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and proof of delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Perform basic maintenance checks on the van
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or Van Driver is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 30kgs)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
