Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Courier Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of goods while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently. The Courier Driver will operate a van and required to handle heavy lifting, making experience in warehouse operations beneficial.

Responsibilities

Safely drive a van to deliver packages and documents to various locations. Load and unload goods, ensuring that items are handled with care. Communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups. Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Experience

Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver is preferred. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is advantageous. Experience in particularly with heavy lifting tasks. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members. A valid driving licence is required, along with a clean driving record.
