We are seeking a dedicated Courier Driver to join our team in the heart of the UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely delivery of customer orders and parcels.
Responsibilities
Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport parcels.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to various locations.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules.
Handle packages with care, ensuring all items are secure during transit.
Collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient loading and unloading of materials.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
Ability to lift heavy packages as required.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
