You'll be the key go-to person for clients and colleagues at our residential centre and deal with a variety of clients, as well as our instructor and hospitality teams. This role plays a huge part in the customer journey to make sure that all pre-course preparation work for each course is completed accurately and on time .
You'll use your customer service skills to the full, so you'll need to be a great communicator, confident in problem solving, love admin work, have great time management skills, and be an excellent team player. It's a varied, fast paced and rewarding role.
We will train you in our IT systems, with a big emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics - being able to learn and enjoy using digital systems is a must!

We are looking for someone who has the following essential criteria:
- broad administrative and customer service experience (across a range of roles)
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- strong ICT experience and adept at learning new systems
- able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and keep everything 'ship shape'
