In this role you'll use your customer service and admin skills to the full, so you'll need to be a great communicator with clients and colleagues, confident in problem solving, love admin work, adept with IT, have great time management skills, and be an excellent team player. It's a varied, fast paced and rewarding role.
Our Course Administrators across our residential sites take on the responsibility for providing an efficient and high quality administrative and customer service experience for both our clients and cross centre departments, using our digital systems to the full.
You'll be based full-time at our Aberdyfi Centre.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the key go-to person for both clients and colleagues at the centre. You'll support a mix of people -- schools, employers, parents -- as well as our instructor and hospitality teams on site. Your role is a very important part of the customer journey, making sure all the prep work for courses at Aberdyfi and Ogwen is done accurately, on time, and in the right way.
Within this role, you will be using Microsoft Dynamics to carry out the majority of your tasks. We use this system to help organise everything before a group of course participants arrives -- from collecting Participant Information Forms to allocating rooms and sorting group lists. It'll be your main hub for keeping everything on track.
You'll also join in and contribute to relevant centre and Trust-wide meetings, like Customer Service and Course Administrator catch-ups. And during office hours, you'll be the first friendly face visitors meet when they arrive at the Aberdyfi centre.
You're a great fit if you...

Have the ability to prioritise, manage your own workload effectively and meet deadlines

Have the ability to multi-task and deal with complex problem solving
