Job Description

We are looking for a pro-active administrator to join our Business Faculty to provide high-quality administrative support for part-time distance learning courses. This role will be working on the distance-learning portal, with an emphasis on learner retention and course monitoring.



The hours for this role are 2 days per week.



Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 3 November 2025.


Your duties

You will:


Monitor learner attendance and progress across multiple part-time courses. Apply red, amber, green (RAG) ratings to identify at-risk learners and escalate concerns. Maintain accurat records of learner contact, support actions and outcomes. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Person specification

The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:


Competent user of Excel. Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Ideally a Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience GCSE English and Maths Grace 4 or equivalent
