To manage Level 6 top-up programme(s) from student application through to graduation.
Job purpose
To manage the operation of the online top-up degree programmes offered by NCC in partnership with UK universities. To prepare for the university assessment boards, whilst providing guidance and support to all students throughout the course.
Key responsibilities:
To manage the student lifecycle from application through to graduation.
To verify students' eligibility to apply for the course, checking with the academic team where necessary.
To monitor student submissions and submit all for marking and academic misconduct checks.
To monitor student engagement and take appropriate remedial action for any issues found.
To maintain the online student records and virtual learning environment.
To provide student support as required via 1 to 1 meetings and/or via email.
To respond to student queries via email.
To manage student interruptions to study and student withdrawals by liaising with the student and the university administrative team.
To accurately record student marks and report these to the university.
To manage the assessment process for the university online top-up degree programmes.
To manage the moderation processes for the online top-up degree programmes.
To create the marking and moderation schedules for the module leaders.
To co-ordinate assessment paper and marking scheme production and verification, liaising with module leaders, external revisers, university and external examiners.
To create and maintain activity schedules for all marking and moderation processes for the university online top-up degree programmes.
To create the semester timetables and make these available on the VLE.
To prepare for and lead NCC at the university assessment boards.
To record and report on student academic misconduct.
To discuss appropriate student awards or recommendations with the university academic team.
To recruit and manage a team of online learning ambassadors.
To create, collate and distribute the results of a student feedback survey and act upon any feedback.
To create, collate and distribute the results of a graduate outcomes survey.
To monitor and enforce policies relating to risk management, security of assessments and confidentiality in line with NCC Education and university regulations.
To maintain and update all policy and procedure documentation relating to the online top-up degree programme.
To manage and support the module leaders.
To assist in the recruitment and training of module leaders.
To assist with conducting performance reviews of module leaders.
To support ad hoc projects as required within the Partnerships Department or in the wider business.

- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK on permanent basis. Candidate must be able to commute to office in Manchester Didsbury, 2 days a week.
