Administrative responsibilities such as updating registers, uploading assessment outcomes, and preparing for internal verification will also form part of your remit.
Beyond day-to-day delivery, you'll help shape curriculum improvements by reviewing schemes of work, embedding key themes like digital skills and sustainability, and supporting the development of new courses or delivery models. You'll attend departmental meetings, contribute to quality assurance processes, and work closely with colleagues across the college to ensure the course remains effective and learner-focused.
