How Our Recruitment Process Works

1? Telephone Interview (First Stage)

A quick, friendly call with our hiring team to understand your experience, confidence, communication style, and what motivates you.

2? In-Person Sales Open Day (Second Stage -- 6 Hours) on 11/03/2026

Everyone who passes the phone stage will be invited to our

6-hour Sales Open Day

in our Harlow office.
We'll provide

food and drinks

, give you a full look into the role, and -- most importantly -- you'll spend real time with the team.

What We Offer

Basic Salary: 27,000 p.a.

Commission from day one

22 days' annual leave

OTE: 37k-45k in year one

, rising to

50k-65k
