As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Course Sales/Account Manager who can drive course enrolments, increase revenue, build strong relationships with students and clients, and help us grow our presence in the global maritime market.

Key Responsibilities
As Course Sales/Account Manager, you'll take ownership of the full sales function, from generating leads, enrolling students and promoting our portfolio of accredited diplomas. You'll work collaboratively with marketing, course administration and finance teams to deliver a high-quality learning experience to students and clients.
Tasks to include:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly course sales targets
Collaborate with Marketing to market to the database and optimise lead generation
Make calls to prospective students and new business leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled students and clients
Attend the industry meetings and events, international boat shows (including the Monaco Yacht Show and Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show), and conferences to represent the company and network at the highest level globally
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM database
Prepare regular enquiry/sales reports and forecasts for team and manager meetings
Provide content ideas to the Social Media Manager for posts, blogs, and the website to reach wider audiences
Stay informed on course offerings, pricing structures, and the wider competitor landscape
Keep up to date with the maritime industry
Liaise with the Course Administrator for the registration of each new student and communicate with the Finance team to ensure payment information is up to date
About You
2 years (+) of experience in B2B and B2C sales
Organised and results-oriented, with a proven ability to hit and exceed sale targets
Confident communicator
Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms

Pay: 33,000.00-35,000.00 per year
