As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Ensure all team members are providing appropriate levels of service, competently, as laid out in the Operating Procedures. Ensuring compliance with all identified legislation, i.e. H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments. Ensuring that all KPI's including search and patrol standards are exceeded. Be the single point of contact and escalation for any security issues within the complex, between OCS and the Client. Take responsibility for recruiting, inducting, coaching, motivating, developing and, where necessary, managing the performance and scheduling of your direct reports.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:


Must have Right to Work in the UK. An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate SIA Licence Strong people and customer service skills Good diligence and high standard of work Effective communication skills
