Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and janitorial services, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks. Maintain cleanliness in common areas by replenishing supplies and ensuring proper sanitation. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately, adhering to recycling protocols. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are serviced efficiently. Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively, following all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is advantageous. A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices in the workplace.
