We are currently working in partnership with a fantastic, Ofsted rated \'Good\' school in Alsager, where the needs of the children are number one priority. The school are seeking a Cover Supervisor, on a long-term basis, with a potential of becoming a permanent position for the right Cover Supervisor.

Our client, an Ofsted \'good\' rated specialist provision, is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team. The school offers a full national curriculum, including the early years foundation stage, and a variety of different pathways including Unit Award Schemes to GCSEs and BTEC qualifications. With strong community links with the local sixth form, this school prides itself on offering a child-centred learning approach that considers each child\'s interests, needs, learning pace, and style.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to cover classes and contribute to an effective classroom environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate and nurturing, with an understanding of Autism (although prior experience is not essential). You must be resourceful and adaptable in your approach, as you will be working with students who require tailored support.

All students have an EHCP in place so a bespoke learning opportunities are in place which focus on the students\' individual needs.

- To support students to access their learning.
