Key Responsibilities:
Supervising classes across a range of subjects during staff absence Ensuring students remain on task with the work set by the teacher Managing classroom behaviour in line with the setting's policies Providing clear instructions and maintaining a positive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
Strong presence and the confidence to manage whole-class settings independently Excellent communication and behaviour management skills The ability to adapt quickly and follow lesson plans provided Ideally suited to someone with prior experience in education or youth work, or those considering a future career in teaching
