We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor who will stand in for short term absence of teaching staff, taking sole charge of a group of students. No active teaching is required as students will learn by carrying out pre-prepared work under supervision.
The successful candidate will:
Hold an NVQ3 or equivalent qualification or experience in a relevant post
GCSE or equivalent in numeracy and literacy
Experience of motivating students to achieve their potential
Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of practices within an educational setting
