About the Role - Cover Supervisor / Supply Teacher

As a

Cover Supervisor / Supply Teacher

, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Support students' learning and ensure continuity during teacher absences Follow each school's policies and uphold high standards
This position is ideal for anyone considering

teacher training

, building experience for a

PGCE

, or progressing into roles such as

Pastoral Mentor

Key Requirements

Experience working with young people or in a school environment (preferred) Strong classroom management and communication skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Eligibility to work in the UK and recent, checkable references QTS or teaching qualifications are welcome but
