The Cover Supervisor Team at Pate's is integral to the efficient running of our school. Providing cover



for lessons during planned and unplanned absence, the team plays a vital role in our Teaching and



Learning provision and are a key part of our whole school community.



As a Cover Supervisor you will cover lessons when teaching staff are absent, ensuring continuity for



students by delivering cover work set by the teacher. Your role will involve supporting students during



the lesson, collecting completed work, and carrying out any tasks necessary to keep learning on track.



This is a dynamic and rewarding position for those who enjoy working with young people. You'll help



maintain a positive learning environment, encourage student engagement, and uphold high standards



of behaviour, all while ensuring lessons run efficiently and effectively. Given the nature of this role, the



work is flexible, with some lessons offered being planned in advance, and other work being offered on

Hours are to be worked on an ad hoc basis under a zero hours contract.
