Cover Supervisor



Pickwick Academy Trust would like to recruit a permanent, part-time Cover Supervisor, based at Corsham Primary School (Pound Pill and Broadwood site).

Hours:



37 hours per week,

(39 weeks per year, term time only, including TD days)

Working pattern:



Flexibility is available for the right candidate

Salary range:



Grade F9-F11, 26,409-27,711 pro rata, per annum (actual salary 22,715 - 23,834 per annum).

Start date:

1st September 2025

Corsham Primary School is located in the picturesque Wiltshire market town of Corsham, near Bath, and is arranged over two sites located at either side of the town. Pound Pill site offers 14 classes and the Broadwood site houses 10 classes, both supporting children from Reception to Year 6. Role overview



Corsham Primary School is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a confident and flexible professional who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development across the school.

The tasks and responsibilities will include:



Covering classes across both sites for PPA release time, staff sickness absence and CPD

To communicate with teachers with regard to planning and preparation ahead of covering each class and providing feedback for lessons taught.

Keep accurate registers of attendance when covering classes.

To participate in meetings which relate to the curriculum, administration, organisation and pastoral arrangements of the school (where appropriate).
