Your Role:

• Supervise Classes: Manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring students stay on task and engaged.
• Deliver Pre-Set Work: Facilitate learning by following lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
• Maintain Order: Create a safe and respectful learning environment, handling any issues with confidence and care.
• Inspire Students: Be a positive role model, encouraging students to achieve their best.

• Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for working with young people and making a difference in their education.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work in various schools and adapt to different classroom settings.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with students and staff, maintaining clear and effective communication.

• Experience: Previous experience working with students in the last 2 years is essential.
• Availability: Must be available for day-to-day work.
