The Role - Cover Supervisor / Supply Teacher / Cover Teacher

As a Cover Supervisor or Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of secondary school subjects. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, focused learning environment. Support students to stay engaged and motivated throughout lessons. Uphold school policies and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
This position is ideal for anyone interested in teaching, teacher training, or developing a career in education support such as Behaviour Mentor, Pastoral Officer, or Learning Support Assistant.

Key Requirements

Experience working with young people or in a school environment (preferred). Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). Right to work in the UK and recent, checkable references. Teaching qualifications (QTS or equivalent) are desirable but not essential -- we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
