The Role - Cover Supervisor / Supply Teacher (Faversham)

In this role, you'll work across a variety of Faversham-based secondary schools and be responsible for:

Delivering pre-set lessons at KS3 and KS4 Managing classroom behaviour and encouraging positive student engagement Keeping students on task and supporting learning throughout the day Following school policies, safeguarding expectations, and behaviour guidelines Ensuring high standards of teaching and learning in the teacher's absence
This is an ideal stepping stone for anyone considering

Who We're Looking For

We welcome a wide range of applicants, including:

Graduates preparing for PGCE or Teacher Training Teaching Assistants, HLTAs, and SEN/SEMH specialists Sports coaches, youth workers, and performing arts instructors Overseas-trained teachers, TEFL/TESOL tutors, and instructors Confident individuals with experience working with young people

Key Requirements:

Experience in a school or youth setting (preferred) Strong communication and classroom management skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK with recent, checkable references Teaching qualifications welcome but not essential
