The Role - Cover Supervisor / Supply Teacher

As a Cover Supervisor or Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects Maintain a positive, focused classroom environment Manage behaviour effectively and follow school policies Support students' learning and ensure continuity during staff absences Uphold school expectations around behaviour, engagement, and achievement

Pastoral Mentor

Key Requirements

Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable) Strong communication and classroom management skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Right to work in the UK and recent, checkable references Teaching qualifications (QTS or equivalent) welcomed but not essential
