Job Summary

We seek a passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will inspire students through engaging lessons performance, and appreciation. This role involves teaching experience in developing students' skills in a supportive environment within KS3/KS4

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of students. Teach a variety of specific subject or General cover Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Organise and prepare students Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes creativity and collaboration. Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into the broader curriculum.

Qualifications

Proven experience in teaching Strong understanding of English Curriculum Education Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
